Standard: Identify and apply instructional design principles associated with the development of technology resources.

During a professional development session, I modeled how a technology plan provides teachers with the instructional design principles that are required for successful and intuitive technology resources.

The technology plan, designed in the role of the technology specialist course, possesses the components to assists teachers in the implementation of technology into the classroom. The stakeholders (technology committee members) create professional development sessions with a focus on instructional technology. Through these professional development sessions, teachers can focus on a specific technology or they can choose to learn multiple technologies.
